How To Book
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total tour cost is payable to secure the booking.
Final payment is due to Executive Breakaway Tours cc not later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
On receipt of full payment Executive Breakaway Tours cc will supply vouchers, tour information, clothing lists etc. Please ensure that you receive this information before departure.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of your tour fare, charges will be levied as follows:
Less than 8 weeks notice Deposit plus 25%
Less than 4 weeks notice Deposit plus 50%
Less than 3 weeks notice 100%

Passports and Visas
Executive Breakaway Tours cc is not responsible for passports or visas where required or the cost thereof.

Insurance
A comprehensive insurance cover should be taken out when paying your deposit in order for you to be covered for cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation and money.
Executive Breakaway Tours cc will not be held responsible for any insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical, baggage, emergency evacuation back home, personal laundry or personal belongings.
Neither the Company or any person/s acting for, through or on behalf of the Company, shall be liable for any loss or damage what-so-ever arising from any cause what-so-ever and without restricting the generality of the aforegoing shall particularly not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochure or other literature, late or non-confirmation or acceptance of bookings, loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not.
In addition the Company shall have the right, at its discretion, to cancel any tour or the remainder thereof or make any alteration enroute, accommodation, price or other details and in the event of any tour being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable by weather, avalanches, strike, war, government or interference or any other cause what-so-ever, the extra expenses incurred as a result thereof shall be the responsibility of the passenger.
The Company may, at its discretion and without liability or cost to itself, at any time cancel or terminate the passengers booking and in particular without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, shall be entitled to do so in the event of the illness or the illegal or incompatible behavior of the passenger, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any refund.

Price
Executive Breakaway Tours, reserves the right to increase the prices as and when required, due to fuel increases, rates of exchange or for any other reason beyond it's control. 

Changes to Schedules
Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules, the Company reserves the right, and in fact is obliged to, occasionally change routes and accommodation as dictated by changing conditions. Such conditions may be brought about by seasonal rainfall, airfields from one region to another.

Delays
Executive Breakaway Tours cc cannot be held liable to any delays due to airlines and/or air charter services not running to schedule.

Responsibilities
Guests with special dietary problems are advised to warn us in advance of your departure.

Photography
The Company reserves the right without further notice to make use of any photograph or film taken on the tour by our photographers for general publicity purposes without payment or permission. We guarantee that no photographs of a compromising nature will be used.
